This study examines the effectiveness of corporate restructuring strategies in transforming struggling organizations into sustainable and successful businesses, with Intel Corporation selected as the case study. The research is based on secondary data collected from Intel's annual reports, financial statements, and other published sources for the period 2022–2025. Descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and a paired samples t-test were used to evaluate the impact of restructuring on financial performance. The findings indicate a decline in revenue, operating income, operating cash flow, and diluted earnings per share, while shareholders' equity and total liabilities increased during the study period. Although the statistical analysis showed no significant overall difference in financial performance, the study concludes that corporate restructuring strengthened Intel's financial position and supports long-term organizational sustainability.
