Paper Publication Process

IJEMSS welcomes submissions across various fields, including engineering, science, technology, management, and other research areas. We accept a range of formats, such as review papers, final papers, theses, research articles, and case studies. All submitted manuscripts undergo a review process within 24 hours of submission. Once the publication fee and copyright form are received, the paper is published online within 4 hours.

PROCESS OF PUBLICATION PROCESS

1. Authors should submit their papers or research articles in Word format via the submission link on the journal’s homepage or by emailing them to ijemssjournal@gmail.com.
2. Upon submission, the author will receive a paper ID, and the manuscript will be forwarded to the editorial board for preliminary screening.
3. If the editorial board approves the manuscript, it will then be assigned to a reviewer who will evaluate it and provide feedback (accepted, rejected, or request modifications and resubmission).
4. Once a manuscript is approved by the reviewer, the author will receive a letter of acceptance.
5. The author must then submit a copyright agreement along with payment details within the specified deadline.
6. After the author has completed all required steps, the paper/article will be published online in the corresponding volume/issue, and a publication certificate will be emailed to the author.

ARTICLE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

Articles submitted to IJEMSS that have been accepted for review but not yet formally published, and which are found to violate our journal's publishing policies (such as issues with plagiarism, multiple submissions, unauthorized claims of authorship, or fraudulent use of others' ideas or data), may be "Withdrawn" from the journal. IJEMSS strives to avoid unnecessary withdrawals. In such cases, IJEMSS has a refund policy that considers the time invested by reviewers, editors, and editorial staff.

1. Authors should be patient. Papers can be reviewed within 24 hours after acceptance and published online within 4 hours after receipt of the publication fees and copyright form.
2. Authors may withdraw their paper without incurring any withdrawal fees if the request is made within 4 hours of submission or before the paper is accepted for review.
3. It is unacceptable to withdraw a manuscript from IJEMSS simply because it has been accepted by another journal.
4. Authors should thoroughly check data and facts before submitting their manuscript.
5. All information, data, and facts presented in the manuscript must be accurate and free of errors.
6. All authors, including the corresponding author and co-authors, must confirm the number of authors, authorship, approval, and the integrity of the manuscript before submission.
7. Once a paper is published online, no changes or corrections are allowed. Any required corrections will incur additional charges.
8. Papers cannot be withdrawn after the peer review process or after being published online. If publication fees have been paid, they will not be refunded.
9. The publication fee depends on the author’s affiliation (a foreign author fee applies if applicable).
10. IJEMSS Editorial Board will provide a formal letter of manuscript withdrawal to the author.
11. If, at any stage of the review or after publication, it is found that the paper is unrelated to the field or branch of any author, IJEMSS reserves the right to withdraw or reject the paper.

COPYRIGHT POLICIY

Copyright policies are legal frameworks that define the ownership and usage rights of original works. When authors submit a paper, they are required to agree to a copyright arrangement under an open access Creative Commons license (CC-BY). This agreement allows authors to retain ownership of their work's copyright. It also authorizes users to reuse, download, print, extract, archive, and distribute the paper, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and the source of the research. This policy ensures maximum visibility for the paper and allows its inclusion in any IJEMSS archive.

List of author rights in copyright policy:
In subsequent research, the reuse of ideas or data from the paper is permitted. Copies of the article may be reproduced for academic, coaching, or instructional purposes. The published version of the article can be utilized in presentations, including conferences and seminars. Permission can be granted to others for the use or reuse of tables or figures from the article.

List of all rights author(s) are granting to IJEMSS:
The author grants IJEMSS the rights to reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and translate the work (whether exclusively or non-exclusively). This includes the adaptation and creation of derivative works based on the original. The article may be made available in all forms and media, accommodating any future technological advancements. IJEMSS will also have the authority to enforce copyright on behalf of the author. To prevent any misunderstandings, the rights expected from the author(s) should be clearly understood in relation to the journal's requirements.

AUTHOR WARRANTIES AND DEFINITIONS

1. The submission is an original work created by the author(s).
2. The work has not been previously published elsewhere and is not under consideration by any other journals.
3. All external sources and third-party materials referenced in the manuscript are properly cited.
4. Necessary permissions have been obtained for any materials used from other sources.
5. The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, and the author(s) are responsible for ensuring that it does not merely rephrase or retitle existing work.
