Abstract

The present study, titled "Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture in Post-Integration: A Study of Corporate Perspective," examines how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational culture influence the success of post-merger and acquisition integration from a corporate perspective. After mergers and acquisitions, organizations often face challenges in integrating employees, systems, and business practices. Strong CSR initiatives and a positive organizational culture can improve employee commitment, stakeholder trust, collaboration, and long-term organizational performance. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical research design using both primary and secondary data. Primary data are collected through structured questionnaires from managers and employees, while secondary data are gathered from journals, company reports, books, and websites. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, mean score, correlation, and regression analysis are used to examine the relationship between CSR, organizational culture, and post-integration performance. The findings are expected to show that organizations with effective CSR practices and a strong organizational culture achieve smoother integration, higher employee satisfaction, better stakeholder relationships, and improved corporate performance after mergers and acquisitions. The study concludes that CSR and organizational culture play a significant role in ensuring successful post-integration and sustainable organizational growth
